Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pollen, a product of Elytron Labs operated by Sincero Ventures LLP ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using Pollen, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Pollen is an AI-powered product enrichment tool for e-commerce. It analyzes your product catalog and generates enhanced descriptions, structured metadata, and protocol-compliant data to improve your store's discoverability.

2. Account & Access

• You must have a valid Shopify or WooCommerce store to use Pollen.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store credentials.
• We may suspend access if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pollen offers a permanently free tier; paid plans are monthly subscriptions and the Deep Audit is a one-time purchase.
• Billing is handled through your platform (Shopify Billing API) or third-party payment providers.
• All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you manage through Pollen (product data, descriptions, images). We claim no ownership over your store content. AI-generated enrichments become part of your product data once applied to your store.

4a. Hive

Pollen operates Hive, a cross-store benchmark built from pseudonymized catalog contributions (contributions never carry your store's identity):

• WooCommerce stores participate by default when connected, as disclosed at connection. You may opt out at any time from your dashboard.
• Shopify stores participate only upon explicit opt-in.
• By participating, you grant Elytron Labs a non-exclusive license to process contributed catalog data for the benchmark, including a perpetual, irrevocable license to retain and use de-identified aggregate statistics derived from contributions.
• Upon opt-out or disconnection, raw contributions are removed within 30 days; de-identified aggregates are retained.
• Publicly accessible storefront pages remain subject to ordinary web crawling regardless of participation.

5. Privacy

Your use of Pollen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

Pollen, including its code, AI models, and documentation, remains the property of Elytron Labs (Sincero Ventures LLP). Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pollen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elytron Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pollen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
